Hexagon designs, manufactures, and integrates rugged commercial off-the-shelf (COTS)-based products, ranging from computer consoles and displays to workstations, that are able to withstand harsh environments to meet specific customer requirements and military, industrial, and commercial specifications, including MIL-SPEC, MIL-STD, and UL.
When creating our ruggedized products, we thoroughly evaluate each component, perform static and dynamic structural analysis, and conduct preliminary tests to ensure the product can effectively withstand the severity of the field and shipboard or industrial environments. Rugged outer enclosures provide secure installation of our products and protect the internal components from extreme elements, such as high-impact shock, vibration, electromagnetic pulse, high and low temperatures, liquids, dust, salt, and other contaminates.

Hexagon US Federal Rugged Pedestal Consoles provide a long history of field proven durability serving multiple application platforms ranging from damage control to video alarm and surveillance. Our deck mounted designs include an integrated backlit keyboard and trackball assembly ergonomically patterned for sitting or standing. Our consoles can host up to three 24" LED backlit display systems and amplified integrated dual speaker system providing fully adjustable video and audio alert capabilities. |
