Hexagon US Federal's Response to COVID-19

As we continue to assess and respond to the developing COVID-19 crisis, our top priority is keeping our employees and customers safe while continuing to provide quality mission support. Through all of this, we recognize that our employees and customers rely on Hexagon US Federal more than ever, and that we are taking all necessary steps to protect them while minimizing risk to the supply of our products and our services.

Looking After Our Employees
In compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines - including teleworking, social distancing, travel restrictions, and personal hygiene recommendations - we have:
  • Increased cleaning protocols at our facilities,
  • Provided additional sanitary items such as face masks for use by our employees,
  • Maximized teleworking when practical across the company,
  • Implemented additional IT resources to support our remote workforce,
  • Established flexible work rotations to safely provide access to our facilities for those individuals that must report, and 
  • Taken immediate steps from a human resources perspective to ease the burden on our employees.

Commitment to Our Customers
We remain steadfast in our loyalty to our customers and are committed to doing everything we can to get through this crisis together while minimizing impacts to the products and services that we provide you. We took steps early on with our supply chain to minimize disruptions in production schedules. We’re working closely with our suppliers and subcontractors to ensure any potential disruption is quickly identified and mitigated.
For services required to be performed on our customer’s sites, we’re continually monitoring local developments to ensure we do not expose our employees and their co-workers to elevated health risks. We’re very proud of the on-site support our teams provide and are doing our best to offer that critical support while balancing the health and well-being of our employees, customers, and the public.

Additional Support to Our Customers During the Crisis
Hexagon US Federal is taking additional steps to provide assistance to governments and other organizations that are combating the COVID-19 health crisis:
  • We understand that many of our customers are implementing broad telework programs as a mitigation measure in response to the coronavirus disease outbreak. To improve the ability of our customers’ tele-workforce to support their organization’s missions during this period, we’re offering temporary no-cost “home office” licenses to customers of Hexagon’s Power Portfolio desktop products (e.g. GeoMedia and ERDAS IMAGINE). These licenses are available immediately and are valid through June 15, 2020.
  • Through the Hexagon Content Program, we are offering free aerial imagery to government agencies and non-profit organizations managing the COVID-19 outbreak. Learn more here: https://bit.ly/2Qzv4rr
